CCMprep Version 6.0 is an interactive software program consisting of a database of questions, answers, and explanations that together comprise a system for exam preparation. The database has over 1100 questions in 5 main topic areas. The 5 main topics are as follows:
- Care Delivery and Reimbursement Methods
- Psychosocial Concepts and Support Systems
- Quality and Outcomes Evaluation and Measurements
- Rehabilitation Concepts and Strategies
- Ethical, Legal and Practice Standards
The software is designed to prepare the user for the Case Manager Certification exam. The CCM exam is offered by the Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC).
CCMprep V6.0 was authored by a team of certified case managers and registered nurses.
Lead Author: Sandra L. Lowery, RN, BSN, CCM, CNLCP
Sandi is Owner and President of CCMI Associates. Since 1986, Sandi has provided case management consulting services to over 250 organizations and trains over 500 case managers annually. She is a past president of the Case Management Society of America (2000-01) and founder and past president of the Case Management Society of New England.
Sandi was an adjunct faculty member for case management and health care for the University Systems of New Hampshire and was a clinical preceptor for case management at the University of Massachusetts in 1996. She is an advisory board member for Professional Case Management and The Case Management Advisor. She was also recognized as the “Case Manager of the Year” in 1995 by the Case Management Society of America and as the “Case Manager of the Year” in 2006 by the Case Management Society of New England. In 2002, Sandi was a member of the National Task Force on Case Management for Standards of Practice.
Sandi has a BSN from the State University of New York.

Individual Licenses can be purchased for various lengths of time, for example 30, 60, 90, etc. days. These are your License Days. The Subscription Time is the time frame in which you can start the License Days you purchased. Once you activate the program the License Days start and run consecutively. Access to your program will stop when you use all of your License Days or the Subscription Time ends (regardless if you used your License Days). For online programs you can purchase additional License Days during your Subscription Time by contacting DataChem Software.
Multi User Licenses will time out, regardless if all the purchased seats were used, in one year plus the number of License Days you purchased. This is called your Subscription Time. You may assign seats/users any time during your Subscription Time. Once the end user activates their program their License Days start and run consecutively.
Multi User Online License: During your Subscription Time the Account Manager for your organization’s Multi User License can observe usage by assigned users. They can also purchase additional seats during the Subscription Time by contacting DataChem Software.

Online Programs will work on internet connected devices (computers, tablets, smartphones, etc.) running any of the following browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Edge.
Downloadable and CD Programs will work on devices running Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 or 10. You need 150 MB to download a program and 20 MB of permanent disk space after installation. Internet access is initially needed to register the program. The program will only install on one computer.
